Is there a free personalized Santa video?
Yes. You get a free watermarked preview where Santa says your child’s name. The full video (age, town, interests, proud moment, wish, your chosen accent/tone/music) unlocks after checkout when payments are live. Letter from Santa and Nice List certificate printables are free.
Is this an AI Santa video?
Yes — the script and voice are AI-generated so Santa can mention the details you typed. Santa is a fictional character, not a real person or deepfake, and every share page is labeled as AI-made. We never use photos of children.
How long does it take?
Filling the form takes a few minutes. When live rendering is on, the full video is usually ready in a few minutes; we aim to email you the link. Today’s site runs in demo/mock mode with a sample clip plus your real personalized script.
UK vs US voice — and other languages?
Pick UK, US, Australian or Irish English accents, or Spanish, French, German, Italian or Brazilian Portuguese. The language switcher changes the UI and Santa’s script.
Can Santa say who the video is from?
Yes. Choose Mum & Dad, grandparents, an aunt overseas — Santa mentions them. Great for WhatsApp or iMessage to family abroad.
Do I need to upload photos?
Never. Text only. No faces, no face-swap, no child photos accepted.
What about pricing and currency?
Single video $4.99 USD; family pack of 3 for $9.99 USD. Prices are in USD; pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card (your bank converts the currency).
Will details stay private?
We don’t sell data or train AI on your words. Inputs and videos are deleted after the season (or sooner on request). See Privacy.
What is HohoClip?
HohoClip (hohoclip.com) makes personalized AI greeting videos in which an original, fictional storybook Santa speaks to a child by name. Parents type text only (no photos): the child's name, age, town, interests, one thing they did well this year and their Christmas wish. You see a free watermarked preview first, then pay $4.99 for one video or $9.99 for three.
How much does a personalized Santa video cost on HohoClip?
$4.99 USD for one video or $9.99 USD for three (about $3.33 each). It is a one-time payment with no subscription, and the name preview is free.
How fast is delivery?
Every paid video is promised within 24 hours of payment; if it isn't delivered by then you get a full refund.
Can I make sure Santa pronounces an unusual name correctly?
Yes. Tap 'Hear it' to listen to the name, and type how it sounds (for example 'SHEE-vawn' for Siobhan) if it's wrong. If Santa still mispronounces it, we remake the video for free within 14 days.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund if the video fails or isn't delivered within 24 hours; free remake (or refund) for a mispronounced name or wrong detail within 14 days; unused videos in a 3-pack can be refunded pro rata within 14 days. Email hello@hohoclip.com.
Will Santa tell my child they're on the naughty list or promise a present?
No. Santa never puts a child on the naughty list, and for the wish he says he'll 'have a word with the elves' rather than guaranteeing a gift.
Can I make videos for siblings or cousins?
Yes. The family pack gives three separately personalized videos for $9.99 — one per child, each with their own name and details.
How long do you keep my child's details?
Order text and videos are deleted automatically 30 days after Christmas, or sooner if you ask. We never accept photos of children.
How is HohoClip different from Portable North Pole?
PNP (since 2008) has filmed Santa footage, calls, live chat and an app, with a single Premium video at US$11.99 or a Magic Pass subscription (US$19.99 first year), as listed on its site on November 1, 2026. HohoClip is a simpler, text-only, one-time purchase: $4.99 per video or $9.99 for three, with a free name preview and no photos.
